Plan, schedule, and manage B2B/B2C training sessions in line with SaveFast policies and SOPs.
Coordinate training logistics, trainer schedules, venues, materials, and attendee communication.
Maintain high customer service standards and manage client expectations throughout the training lifecycle.
Oversee training registration, attendance tracking, certification, and post-training reporting.
Review and verify client POs and sales agreements; liaise with Finance for billing and compliance.
Manage and update CRM and training systems, ensuring accurate records and reports.
Resolve client and learner queries within 48 hours and ensure smooth post-sales support.
Support event planning (e.g., graduations), training manual updates, and continuous process improvement.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and internal procedures.
