Overview:

Insights Research Organization & Solutions [IROS], a subsidiary of G42 Healthcare, was established in 2021 in Abu Dhabi. IROS is the first UAE-based Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in healthcare research, including clinical trials across all therapeutic areas, in addition to the generation and integration of real-world data. The first of its kind research organization in the entire Middle East, it provides international, ethical, and scientific quality standards in clinical trial reporting, as well as key solutions and insights that ensure access to more innovative, life-changing treatments. Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs for new and existing IROS employees
• Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
• Lead/oversee IROS employees professional development program in cooperation with relevant Line Managers
• Plan and implement training programs to ensure employees stay competent and skilled for their required jobs/roles/responsibilities
• Communicate training programs in a timely manner

• Develop training aids such as manuals, handbooks/courses materials
• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
• Conduct trainings as necessary
• Measure training effectiveness; design, apply assessment tools and initiate improvement processes as necessary
• Track and report on training outcomes
• Provide feedback to training participants and management
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
• Maintain updated employee training curricula and records
• Keep current on training design, methodology and requirements

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Education, training and HR or related field
• Experience with designing of training programs and workshops
• Experience with different projects and training methodologies (i.e. e-learning platforms, hands-on methods)
• Experience in conducting trainings, on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years post-school working experience as training coordinator in the clinical research (Clinical Research Organization or Pharmaceutical Company)
