Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and maintain the Business Knowledge calendar to support ongoing learning needs
  • Conduct new hire orientation programs for frontline and support roles
  • Identify training gaps through staff interaction, performance reviews, channel metrics, and support tools
  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate training sessions for tellers, customer service officers, business development officers, direct sales agents, and other roles as required
  • Design training programs and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts
  • Develop engaging training materials and visual content aligned with Sales and Distribution objectives and FAB brand guidelines
  • Recommend and implement innovative training approaches, techniques, and programs
  • Prepare training agendas and manage logistics including venues, invitations, attendance, and follow-ups
  • Track training attendance and feedback, driving higher engagement and satisfaction levels
  • Build strong partnerships with business units to align training with operational needs
  • Ensure staff are trained on products, policies, propositions, and systems, including refresher programs
  • Schedule workshops, drop-in clinics, and campaign refreshers to keep initiatives active
  • Create virtual assessments and questionnaires to evaluate knowledge retention
  • Conduct branch and floor visits to support engagement and digital journey adoption
  • Provide ongoing knowledge support via email, calls, and collaboration tools
  • Prepare and share monthly Business Knowledge MIS and reports
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking or customer service environment
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to quality
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
