Job Description
A leading real-estate developer is looking to hire an experienced Training and Development Manager to run high quality sales training sessions with the sales team members. The developer is selling ultra luxury real-estate and is working in a unique environment.
*This role will only consider candidates who are currently working in a Training and Development or Learning and Development role. All other roles will result in candidates being automatically rejected.
Responsibility
To provide leading sales training and mentoring to a sales force of over 100 sales team To design and develop a leadership development program To design and develop AI integration to every touchpoint for Training and Development To design and develop a graduate training program Measure Training and Development performance
Experience needed
It is essential candidates have high end sales training experience and clearly demonstrate sales style and techniques that will improve sales performance Candidates must be extremely confident and have well polished sales training ability Candidate must have worked with recognized companies and be able to demonstrate the ROI of the training provided
