1-Prepare, execute and monitor the company\xe2\x80\x99s annual training and development plan. 2-Carry out diagnoses and intervention proposals to close gaps in knowledge and/or skills. 3-Propose and monitor the training program by area and collaborator, generating useful indicators for decision-making. 4-Keep company courses and training updated. 5-Prepare monitoring reports and indicators.
Job Requirements:
Experience of 2 years in the position or similar
Experience in automated training processes is valued.
