. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training sessions (offline/online) on: MS Office Suite / Advanced Excel / Power BI / Accounting Combo
Develop and update course materials, exercises, and case studies.
Conduct assessments to evaluate learner progress and understanding.
Provide one-on-one support and feedback to learners when required.
Stay updated on new tools, features, and best practices related to the training subjects.
Maintain training records, reports, and attendance as per organizational standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Accounting.
Strong practical knowledge of data analysis, visualization, and accounting tools.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learner groups.
Microsoft or Power BI certification is an added advantage.
Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, or LMS tools) preferred.
