We are now seeking an experienced MS Office 365 Trainer who can bring advanced technical expertise and exceptional presentation skills to our classroom and corporate training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive training sessions in MS Office 365 applications, including but not limited to, Advanced Microsoft Excel (functions, formulas, pivot tables, automation). Advanced Power BI for data visualization, analytics, and dashboards. Complete MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Design, develop, and update training materials, lesson plans, and course modules tailored to corporate clients and individual students. Conduct interactive and practical workshops that enhance learner engagement and retention. Provide student counseling sessions to guide learners in course selection, exam preparation, and certifications. Assess learners through evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions to track progress and ensure learning outcomes are achieved. Work closely with the academic and sales team to enhance course delivery and student registration. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft tools, technologies, and training trends to ensure course content remains current.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven training experience in MS Office, Excel, and Power BI. Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (formulas, macros, data analysis, automation). Professional mastery of Power BI for corporate dashboards and business intelligence. Excellent command of the full MS Office 365 suite, including collaborative tools like Teams and SharePoint. Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in training corporate employees, professionals, and students. Must be based in Dubai with preference given to candidates on their own visa. Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire learners across various industries.
