Job opening for a Trainer in Front Desk and Reception

One of Malta's leading and rapidly emerging institutions in Europe, known for its wide range of industry-driven and job-oriented programs, is inviting applications for the position of Front Desk and Reception Training at its Dubai campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions on front desk and reception skills.
Develop and update course materials, training manuals, and practical exercises.
Train students in areas such as:
Guest/customer handling techniques
Phone etiquette and email communication
Reservation and booking systems (PMS software)
Check-in/check-out procedures
Professional grooming and body language
Complaint resolution and service excellence
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
Prior experience in training, teaching, or coaching is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with hotel/property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.
Willing to work in the evening and or weekends
