We are in need of Front Desk Officer serves as the face of the organization, responsible for greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves answering inquiries, handling phone calls, and supporting administrative duties to ensure smooth front office functioning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff or departments.
* Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and the public.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
* Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs.
* Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
* Provide basic information about the organization and its services.
* Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
* Ensure proper visitor access control and security procedure.s
* Coordinate with other departments for smooth front office operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in customer
service.
* Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Multitasking and time management abilities.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
