Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently. Respond to customer queries regarding products, services, orders, and complaints. Provide accurate information and ensure prompt issue resolution. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Escalate complex cases to higher authorities when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure. Achieve individual and team performance metrics (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.). Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to service enhancement. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
