Equitas Staffing Group are looking for a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their fast growing team located in Jumeriah Lake Towers, Dubai. We are currently looking for ambitious indiviuals who are interested in kick starting a career in the recruitment industry, Training for this role is provided however you will need to be driven. This is a 360 Recruitment role so this will involve speaking to both clients and candidates to fulfil their specific requirements, finding candidates and getting their availability, Creating and posting job adds, Business development calls, prepping candidates for interviews, Supporting compliance checks to ensure candidates meet the requirements to work in a school.
