The team is made up of Recruitment Consultants from every walk of life - ex-athletes, sales people, graduates, mums returning to work, actors and everything else in between. They are a close knit team, some of whom are billing 700,000 a year and earning in excess of 200,000 a year. Not bad right? Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - The Benefits:

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - The Role:

• Learning the step by step process to source candidates for opportunities in housing & building
• Managing jobs and applicants
• Writing job adverts and headhunting niche candidates
• Being creative with your advertising and marketing!
• Selling and negotiating
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Closing deals and earning commission
