Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Transportation Planning Expert** to join our team! In this role you will get to **develop master plan for transportation network and manage the review of the work done by other traffic consultant.**

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Manage the transportation team to develop their transportation masterplan

+ Participate in the definition of implementation plan for transportation projects including budget discussions

+ Interact with client, Consultants, and stakeholders

+ Manage the transportation team in writing TOR for studies and projects to be executed part of the implementation plan

+ Manage the review of studies and designs contracted by the client

+ Support the Program Director in all technical discussion

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 20+ years of related work experience. Professional Engineer registration may be required. Very deep understanding of transportation network with similar experience of working on transportation masterplan.

+ Very good understanding of traffic and transportation studies

+ Expertise in micromobility, smart mobility, and intermodal transportation integration
