• To ensure all internal and external customers are provided excellent services.

To reduce turn around time for registration of vehicles
Job responsibilities: (These are the fundamental job duties regularly performed by the employee in the position.)
To register all vehicles on time.
To ensure there are no errors on registered vehicles.
To deposit cash on time to the cashier without any shortage.
To report on duty regularly and on time.
To generate daily report highlighting numbers of customers served every day.
To ensure SSI scores are maintained by giving priority to customers.

Educational Qualification
High school/ Diploma
Experience
Minimum 1 year working experience with any RTA outlets.

Well versed with RTA policies & procedures.
