The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance the relationship between the new brands and its trade partners (distributors, retailers, etc.).

1. \\[\\[Strategic Planning:\\[\\[

- Develop trade marketing plans aligned with overall business and marketing strategies.

- Identify key opportunities and challenges in the market.

2. \\[\\[Collaboration with Sales Teams:\\[\\[

- Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

- Provide support to sales teams with promotional materials, presentations, and training.

3. \\[\\[Market Analysis:\\[\\[

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth.

4. \\[\\[Budget Management:\\[\\[

- Develop and manage the trade marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

- Monitor spending and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.

5. \\[\\[Promotional Campaigns:\\[\\[

- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

- Create and coordinate in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising activities.

6. \\[\\[Trade Communication:\\[\\[

- Develop communication strategies targeted at trade partners.

- Create marketing materials and sales tools for trade use.

7. \\[\\[Relationship Management:\\[\\[

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, including distributors and retailers.

- Collaborate with trade partners to develop joint marketing initiatives.

8. \\[\\[Brand Representation:\\[\\[

- Ensure consistent brand representation across all trade channels.

- Monitor and enforce brand guidelines within the trade environment.

9. \\[\\[Sales Support:\\[\\[

- Provide support to sales teams by developing sales collateral, product information, and training materials.

- Collaborate with the sales force to develop effective sales presentations.

10. \\[\\[Performance Measurement:\\[\\[

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of trade marketing initiatives.

- Analyze and report on the performance of trade marketing programs.

11. \\[\\[New Product Launches:\\[\\[

- Work with product development teams to plan and execute the launch of new products within the trade channel.

12. \\[\\[Cross-Functional Collaboration:\\[\\[

- Collaborate with other departments such as product management, advertising, and public relations to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.

13. \\[\\[Trade Show Management:\\[\\[

- Plan and execute participation in trade shows and industry events to promote products and build relationships.
