Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interact with key stakeholders and settle distributor claims amicably.
• Helping in managing the costing of trade promotions periodically, or as needed
• Work with the calculation of the Return on Investment resulting from trade promotion activities.
• Conduct periodic internal audits of key customers, identify the pertinent issues and suggest remedies.
• Report variances in actual trade expenditure versus budget by preparing: (Monthly customer-wise payment report & Brand/Channel-wise report)

Skills & Competencies:

• Planning & Monitoring: Proactively collect and analyse relevant data and, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
• Building Business / Customer Relationships: Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships while building new stakeholder and company linkages
• Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers
• Educated to minimum bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognized University
• FMCG experience in Sales / Trade Marketing/ Marketing
