Job Description
Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the planning, execution and reporting of both B&M and online channels related events, animations, and client experience activities.
BUDGET
Following up the annual trade board with each local market to ensure the execution of the plans respecting Chanel guidelines and also respecting the budgets aligned.
Quarterly expense/invoice monitoring and financial follow up with local markets.
TRADE MARKETING
Actively supporting Trade Marketing Manager for the development of trade marketing activities regionally.
Seeking opportunities and bringing new ideas to go extra mile for 360 client experience within the trade marketing activities.
Ensuring the productions and executions with each local market with a respected the timeline and budget.
Collect and compile information related to new launches and with the approval of management, prepare tailor-made trade packages for each market.
Prepare and align on animation briefs internally and follow up the designs with the Europe team to ensure on-time deliveries.
Direct contact with the suppliers to brief, get quotations and challenge the quality, cost and time plans.
Co-lead the local productions for events/trade marketing material (prints / display material, etc.)
Supporting the data collection for post campaign reporting with qualitative and quantitative information.
Monthly trade marketing reporting.
Leading or co-leading the events assigned by the trade marketing manager, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Providing assets for social media accounts of wholesale business partners.
We are looking for:
- A highly motivated professional who is familiar with luxury goods.
- Middle East experience is a plus.
- Strong event/project management and organizational skills are required.
- English is mandatory, Arabic and French are plus.
- Versatile communication skills.
- Dynamic team player.
- Pro-active mind-set.
