Traceability Officer
Job Description
Experience required. The Traceability Officer is responsible for managing the traceability process for all ingredients and products. This role involves tracking ingredient sources, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and supporting our commitment to quality assurance. He/She also manages the end-to-end process of transactions and ensures seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. Must be proficient in MS Office Good communication skills Flexible with working hours Can work during the night shift Experience in traceability, quality assurance, or food safety in a retail or food production environment is a plus.
