Overview
Our client is looking for the Officer Packaging Material will assist in managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of packaging materials in compliance with GMP and company standards. The role ensures proper inventory control, documentation, and coordination with other departments to support efficient production operations under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager.

The role ensures proper inventory control, documentation, and coordination with other departments to support efficient production operations under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and documentation of incoming packaging materials.
- Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and report shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
- Perform regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
- Organize and maintain packaging materials in designated storage areas following GMP guidelines.
- Ensure proper labeling of materials, including batch numbers and expiry dates, for traceability.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to optimize storage space and material flow.
- Maintain accurate records of packaging material transactions, including receipts, issuances, and returns.
- Ensure all documentation complies with GMP standards and is audit ready.
- Assist in preparing reports on packaging material usage and stock levels as required.
- Collaborate with the Production and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely availability of packaging materials.
- Coordinate with procurement for reordering materials based on production requirements.
- Communicate any issues related to packaging material quality or availability to the relevant teams.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of materials to avoid contamination or damage.
- Support compliance with UAE-specific regulatory requirements for storage and handling of packaging materials.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections to maintain warehouse compliance with GMP and safety standards.
- Diploma or bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or packaging material management role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
