Tourism & Holiday Homes Supervisor (Desert Resort)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tourism & Holiday Homes Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of our desert resort and holiday homes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality, guest relations, property management, and handling online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia.
The Supervisor will ensure outstanding guest experiences, maintain high property standards, manage staff, and support marketing efforts to showcase our resort as a unique desert destination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Services & Front-of-House
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with high professionalism.
Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures smoothly.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Ensure a premium and memorable guest experience throughout their stay.
2. Reservations & Online Platforms
Manage all reservations through Booking.com, Airbnb, and other OTAs.
Update availability, pricing, restrictions, and promotions.
Respond to messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Avoid overbookings and ensure accurate calendar management.
3. Property & Operations Management
Inspect villas, rooms, and facilities daily to maintain cleanliness and standards.
Coordinate housekeeping schedules and ensure timely turnover.
Conduct inventory checks of linens, amenities, supplies, and equipment.
Report maintenance issues and follow up until resolved.
4. Staff Supervision
Supervise on-site workers, cleaners, and support staff.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide training and support for service quality.
5. Marketing & Promotions
Assist in creating content and posting promotional materials on social media.
Coordinate with management on new offers, packages, and campaigns.
Capture photos/videos of the property for marketing when needed.
6. Operational Reporting
Maintain daily activity logs and shift reports.
Track occupancy rates, bookings, revenue, and expenses.
Suggest improvements to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel supervision, or holiday homes management.
Strong knowledge of Booking.com, Airbnb, and online travel platforms.
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, responsibility, and customer service mindset.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
