Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract clients and partners (B2C and B2B)
Promote travel and tour packages through various online and offline channels
Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, hotels, and tourism boards
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Attend travel expos, networking events, and trade shows to boost brand visibility
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
Business Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tourism business
Supervise and train staff; ensure excellent customer service delivery
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
Monitor booking systems, logistics, and tour operations
Handle supplier agreements, pricing, and inventory of packages
Maintain compliance with tourism regulations and licensing requirements
Strategy & Growth
Identify new markets, destinations, and service innovations
Lead digital marketing initiatives (e.g., website content, social media, paid ads)
Analyze KPIs and prepare monthly sales and business performance reports
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
Proven experience in

hospitality management
Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry (local and international)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
Proficient in MS Office; experience with booking/CRM software is a plus
