Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Sales Executive

with expertise in

visa processing (Schengen, China, Japan, etc.)

and

outbound travel packages

. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Visa Processing & Consultation:



Guide clients on visa requirements for

Schengen, China, Japan, USA, UK, and other countries

. Verify and process visa documents accurately and efficiently. Stay updated on visa regulations and embassy updates.

Sales & Client Acquisition:



Promote and sell

outbound holiday packages (Europe, Asia, USA, etc.)

. Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversions. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Customer Service:



Provide end-to-end travel assistance, including flights, hotels, and itineraries. Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

Market Research & Networking:



Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Attend travel fairs and industry events to expand clientele.

Requirements:



Experience:



Minimum

3+ years in travel sales

, with expertise in

visa processing (Schengen, China, Japan, etc.)

. Proven track record in selling

outbound tour packages

.

Skills:



Excellent

communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

. Strong knowledge of

visa/documentation procedures

. Proficiency in

Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS systems

(preferred).

Personality:



Target-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Travel and Tourism: 3 years (Required)
