Manage and respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
Share helpful, accurate information about destinations, travel options, and pricing.
Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure every tour runs smoothly.
Help meet team sales goals and deliver great service experiences.
What You'll Bring:
Fluency in
Tagalog and English
is a plus.
Prior experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
A warm, approachable communication style and strong attention to detail.
Confidence using basic computer tools, messaging apps, and social media platforms.
