Tour Coordinator (Remote, Part-Time - Hourly Role) - Morocco
Approx. 4-8 hours per week during business working hours and adhoc after that...
We are looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Remote Tour Coordinator to support our boutique travel business. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, reliable, positive and enjoys working independently while handling a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Google Drive files, documents, and shared folders
Make calls to suppliers and partners regarding tours, rates, and availability
Assist in setting up agency rates and updating contracts
Handle client bookings with accuracy and professionalism
Prepare and send emails using the company email account
Create and format itineraries in Canva or another ( essential)
Support with light finance-related admin (tracking payments, confirming transfers, etc.)
Requirements:
Strong experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, organisational structure)
Fluent English--both written and spoken (absolutely essential) - Please send your CV in english
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Confident making calls and communicating with suppliers
Experience with designing and formatting itineraries
Professional, organised, and comfortable working remotely
Ability to work adhoc hours per week within business hours
