Harmony Ballet & Music Centre is seeking an experienced and qualified French language teacher to join our team on a part-time basis.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic French language teacher to teach students of various age groups and proficiency levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and be able to create engaging and interactive lessons.
Responsibilities:
- Teach French language classes to students of various age groups and proficiency levels
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate with parents and school administrators as needed
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in French Language, Linguistics, or related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience teaching French language classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with French language teaching methodologies and resources
- Important to have an attested degree, police clearance, child safeguarding certificates & first aid certificate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in French Language, Linguistics, or related field
- Native speaker with experience teaching to groups of children aged 5+ and who can teach both French as a mother tongue and French as a foreign language.
- Familiarity with language learning software and technology.
- French Language as a mother tongue is a plus.
- Driving license is a plus
Working Hours:
- Part-time position Working between 2 & 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday
One-hour classes only.
Salary:
- Maximum 150 AED per hour wage
