Job Summary We at IIQAF are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Tour Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating experiential tours with a keen eye for detail. The Tour Coordinator will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing the company's tour offerings. Primary Responsibilities:
Develop tour packages and offer these to customers, business partners and affiliates
Design and coordinate the logistics of both small and large scale tours
Research and secure reliable, quality, and budget-appropriate tour suppliers
Develop an efficient overall tour itinerary
Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the duration of the tour
Effectively communicate with the tour participants on any updates or changes
Generate marketing materials and coordinate tour publicity
Monitor industry trends and stay current with up-to-date news regarding tour safety and security
Manage tour expenses and adhere to budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality management, or related field
