We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Guest Relations & Tour Coordinator

. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival, ensuring smooth hotel check-ins, accompanying groups during activities, and providing valuable information about tours, the city, and other general details. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and resourceful professional who ensures guests have a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at the airport. Coordinate and support smooth hotel check-in and check-out processes. Accompany guests and groups during scheduled activities, tours, and excursions. Provide accurate and engaging information about tours, local attractions, and city highlights. Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, or requests during their stay. Ensure timely communication and coordination with hotels, transport providers, and activity partners. Handle any unexpected issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. Uphold company standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or guest services preferred (but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of local attractions, culture, and city highlights. Ability to remain calm, approachable, and solution-oriented under pressure. Fluency in English and Swahili (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexible to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment

Based at the airport, hotels, and various activity venues. Requires local travel within the city and nearby attractions. Role involves standing, walking, and being on-the-go for extended periods.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
