Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing, planning and implementing organization's rewards and employee benefits program.
- Benchmarking current pay scales against market to ensure competitiveness; continually assessing benefits program with aim of recommending compensation packages to attract talent and retain current employees.
- Managing or participating in reward and benefits projects in conjunction with HR dept., using reward data analytics to identify trends and making recommendations to improve fixed-variable pay ratio to help reduce CTC (cost to company).
- Managing distribution of rewards and benefits information to employees, and ensuring benefits program align with regulatory stipulations.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Healthcare: 10 years (Required)
