THE ROLE
Our Sales Specialist works closely with our partners and customers every day to help them transform and ensure that they can realize the value of our technology and service capabilities. The TLC Sales Specialist will shape and drive the regional MEA sales roadmap to achieve the financial targets (principally SaaS and license subscriptions) for the TLC products. She/he must be able to describe how these will support successful implementations of Temenos products by ultimately increasing employee adoption and maximizing the functionality of the products a client has licensed. Furthermore, as Global Head of the Partner certification program will work closely with the TLC Product Management team, Temenos Partner team and Temenos Certification Course Program (TCCP) team to develop a best in class partner certification program. This activity must be conducted in collaboration with the partner community by directly engage with all Temenos partners. The ideal candidate will also likely have a strong understanding of the banking industry and of training and e-Learning platforms within it. In-depth product knowledge of Temenos products would also be an advantage but not essential. The role demands a candidate to demonstrate a deep and broad understanding of how to position the use of both software and training services to ensure project success. The role also requires a sound understanding of the use of technology in the banking sector and the successful candidate should be a key contributor to setting out the strategic direction and solution leadership for the TLC product suite. The role will report to the MEA Regional Sales Director, and dotted line into the Head of TLC.
OPPORTUNITIES
You will articulate and demonstrate Temenos digital-first solutions through strategic value-based selling, building strong business cases, developing a return on investment analysis, and using other references and industry data to build relationships at multiple levels and ultimately drive deals from inception to close.
You will work closely with customer stakeholders to understand their bank\'s strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their digital transformation ambitions
You will create value by partnering with technical and non-technical executives to support their transformation journey by showcasing the commercial and technology value of our digital offering
You will build and maintaining a robust sales pipeline and accurately tracking quarterly forecasts/revenue
You will balance quarterly results while keeping a clear line of sight of strategic and long-term revenue opportunities
You will create and execute account plans which address tactical and strategic opportunities
You will collaborate with various distributed internal and external teams to ensure the seamless execution of end-to-end sales cycles and ensure the highest level of customer advocacy
You will be the public face of the TLC Business line Sales in the region concerning thought leadership and speaking at marketing and internal/external events as an industry authority on behalf of Temenos
You will build the Temenos brand in the TLC product suite and building a referenceable client base
You will work in collaboration with Temenos sales teams, regional management, product directors and partners to create winning solutions for our clients and prospects
You will present Temenos TLC solutions in a compelling way that is customized for the unique challenges of each customer
You will contribute content and collateral to showcase our product investments, strategy and roadmap
SKILLS
You should have In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry; the trends, challenges, and innovations
You should have proven track record of success in selling complex and high-value Digital/CRM/SaaS/Cloud solutions to the financial services sector
You should have previous experience working with a partner community
