The Sales Operations and Business Development Manager (Emirati National only) is responsible to support the commercial organization achieving business objectives. The resource has understanding on how to achieve commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines, and a good level of commercial judgment is required to achieve the outcomes required.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, support for commercial planning and forecasting.
Knowledge across product, market, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires commercial awareness to influence the development of the sales strategy, including mapping of new sales opportunities in the market.
Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products and processes. Stays informed of industry trends that may impact the business.
Uses judgment to help making decisions and handling tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers. Able to propose solutions to problems outside of set parameters and provide recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent with sales/marketing experience
Sales Operations knowledge and moderate experience
Ability to work effectively across functions.
Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written)
