Your missions: · Deploys the Customer Demand Management strategy in the Production facility / own area of responsibility · Regularly reviews Customer Demand Management issues within the Production facility / own area of responsibility · Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans for corrections at facility level · Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF, ISO14001, etc. · Ensures accurate and efficient Production Control process · Supports the management of customer relationship (RFQ, understanding demand, red alerts, SC disruptions) · Supports the new projects implementation in the plant · Head of: Creates the inventory rolling forecast for Finished Goods on a monthly base · Team Leader: Supports the creation of the inventory rolling forecast for Finished Goods on a monthly base · Supports the escalation process of supplier bottlenecks · Supports the Stock-take and cycle count processes in the Production facility your skills: · Bac +5 or more in technical field · 3 years of experience, at least, in the automotive industry · Great planning capacity · Good analytical and synthetic mind · Well organized · Team work oriented · French and English are mandatory
