Your Missions Control of customer needs to detect variations in customer demand increases and decreases. Regular contact with the different customers. Inventory tracking of finished products: calsina square / Rabat / Transit. Transportation organization for customers. Organization of customer pick up. Returnable packaging tracking for different customers. Ensure logistic performance for customer deliveries. Logistic information analysis Follow the consideration of emergencies of customer deliveries in collaboration with the master planning. Ensure the achievement of the following indicators: 0Premium Freight / 0obsoletes / 100% service rate Capacity analysis and logistics' information and -Customer's KPI monitoring through B2B/portal or standard communications. Takes personal responsibility for keeping himself, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards. Participates on saving energy and proposes suggestions to control it. Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

To Be Successful For This Role University/Masters degree in Logistics/Supply Demand/Supply Chain One year of experience Analytical skills Demand Management Strong oral and written communication Teamwork orientation

Language Skills Fluent English required & Mandatory
