Maintain accurate daily attendance and timesheet records for site and office staff.
Monitor and record employee working hours, overtime, and absences.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for payroll processing.
Verify and collect daily manpower reports from various project sites.
Ensure all attendance and leave records are properly updated and filed.
Assist in preparing monthly attendance summaries and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a Timekeeper, preferably in a
construction or contracting company
in the UAE.
Good knowledge of
attendance systems
and
Microsoft Excel
.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle multiple site reports efficiently.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
