TIMEKEEPER (ABU DHABI)

Over 3 years of proven experience as a Timekeeper, skilled in using Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP system. Demonstrated ability to manage and track employee time efficiently in a joinery environment. Proficient in English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, including clock-in and clock-out times, overtime hours, and absences.

2. Process and track employee leave requests, including vacation time, sick leave, and other types of absences, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.

3. Coordinate with Admin Department with regards to annual leaves and other needs of labor.

4. Generate regular reports on employee time and attendance data.

5. Provide accurate and timely attendance data to the payroll department for processing payroll, ensuring employees are compensated correctly for their work hours.

6. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding timekeeping-related inquiries, addressing any concerns or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

7. Coordinate with the Managers in the transfer of employees from one project site to another.

8. Maintain safety measures within the camp and ensure that they are strictly adhered to.

9. Ensure that order and discipline among workers are strictly enforced in the camps.

10. To coordinate with the HSE team at site regarding the Health, Safety & Environmental issues and follow their instructions (if any) from time to time for the full implementation and safe work practices at site to avoid any kind of incidents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
