Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accurately record employee work hours, including overtime and time-off, using company-specific timekeeping systems.
Review and validate employee timesheets, making necessary edits for errors like missed punches and submitting them for supervisor approval.
Track employee attendance, absenteeism, and tardiness, and prepare and distribute time-related reports to management and project controls.
Ensure all timekeeping processes comply with company policies and local labor laws regarding working hours and overtime.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding time and attendance policies and assist with system maintenance and user training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month
