Experience with
ERP systems
is essential for managing digital attendance and timekeeping data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Record, monitor, and verify employee attendance and working hours.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
Coordinate with supervisors to verify attendance and shift schedules.
Ensure timely submission of data to HR and payroll departments.
Update and maintain records in the
ERP system
(attendance, overtime, leave, etc.).
Support mobilization and demobilization activities by tracking manpower deployment.
Assist in resolving discrepancies in attendance and payroll records.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Time Keeper
or in a similar role, preferably in
Facility Management / Construction / Industrial sectors
.
Proficiency in
ERP systems
(e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other reporting tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (preferred).
