Key Responsibilities:
Record daily attendance, absences, and overtime of site staff.
Maintain and update timesheets and attendance reports.
Coordinate with HR and payroll departments for accurate salary processing.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Support site supervisors in managing staff schedules and shift plans.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in record-keeping.
Requirements:
Previous experience in timekeeping or administrative roles (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and attendance tracking systems.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
