Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven sales background, and an understanding of the facility management industry in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facility management sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in facility management or related industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
