This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and develop on their existing knowledge within international freight forwarding and event logistics. Youll receive ongoing training and support while working on real projects that take entertainment, sports, and live events to the world stage.

About the Role

Youll support the end-to-end delivery of freight operations while providing excellent service to our clients. Working closely with senior team members, and global partners, youll be hands-on in all aspects of project logistics, including:



Coordinating bookings with agents, hauliers, and other carriers Preparing shipment and customs documentation (AWBs, BOLs, Carnets, COO, etc.) Monitoring and tracking shipments, providing updates to clients and account managers Supporting warehouse procedures such as pallet builds, wrapping, labelling, and secure freight handling (Ad hoc) Assisting in the organisation and delivery of tours, events, and special projects Liaising with overseas agents and EFMs international offices Preparing costings, quotes, and small transport budgets Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard Working with or knowledge of customs procedures and clearances, including declarations. Working with all modes of transportation, Air, Road, Ocean.

This role will give you exposure to the full spectrum of end to end freight and event logistics.

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment working or has worked within a freight forwarding or logistics environment, with either air, road, ocean, import or export co-ordination.

Basic Requirements

3+ years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics, or equivalent education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field Experience with either air, ocean or road freight shipment processes (all is a major plus) Experience with ATA Carnets a plus Customs experience a plus Experience with Cargo Wise a plus (full training provided) Be able to work in the office located in Jebel Ali * Candidates must be legally eligible to work in UAE
