We are looking for a skilled and dependable

Maintenance Technician

with strong

tiling expertise

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks, with a primary focus on tile installation, repair, and finishing for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Install, cut, grout, and finish tiles for floors, walls, and other surfaces Inspect, repair, and replace damaged tile surfaces Perform general maintenance duties, including basic plumbing, painting, and minor repairs Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally Safely transport tools and materials using company vehicles (

manual transmission

) Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with specialized tiling skills Ability to measure, cut, and fit tiles with precision and attention to detail Strong knowledge of tiling materials, adhesives, and installation techniques Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman tasks Previous experience working with

holiday homes or property management companies
