Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international flight bookings
Manage cancellations, rebookings, and ticket reissues
Provide accurate fare quotations and issue tickets
Work with GDS systems for ticketing and reservation
Assist customers with travel inquiries and itinerary planning
Maintain customer satisfaction and timely response
Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in a similar ticketing role
Strong knowledge of
Amadeus
,
Galileo
, or
Sabre
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluency in English
