About the Role

We are looking for a detail?oriented, customer?focused Ticketing Operator to join our dynamic travel team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of hands?on experience in airline ticket reservations, fare calculations, and customer support across major GDS platforms. You'll play a key role in delivering flawless ticketing services and helping our clients book stress?free journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Flight Reservations & Management Handle new bookings, re?issues, cancellations, and refunds via Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo Verify itinerary details and ensure full compliance with airline fare rules and policies Fare Quotation & Ticketing Calculate and present accurate fare options, surcharges, taxes, and total trip costs Issue e?tickets and manual tickets as needed, ensuring zero errors Customer Service & Support Respond promptly to client inquiries by phone, email, or chat Advise on best routing, stopovers, and transit requirements Resolve ticketing issues and follow up on schedule changes, delays, or irregular operations Supplier & Airline Liaison Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for special fares, group bookings, and promotional offers Monitor PNRs and proactively inform clients of any changes or disruptions Reporting & Record?Keeping Maintain up?to?date client profiles, booking logs, and daily sales reports Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries for management review
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in airline ticketing and reservations (Dubai/local market) GDS Proficiency: Advanced user of Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of IATA fare rules, taxes, and ticketing procedures Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages (Hindi, Arabic) a plus Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast?paced environment Education: Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
