Responsibilities
Process ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and exchanges promptly and accurately.
Assist customers with inquiries related to ticket availability, pricing, and schedules.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ticketing systems, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth event or service execution.
Handle cash transactions, billing, and documentation in compliance with company standards.

Requirements
