Ticketing Agent

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic & international flight bookings using

GDS

(Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo). Handle ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and exchanges. Provide accurate fare quotes and manage PNRs. Assist customers with itineraries and travel inquiries. Coordinate with airlines, suppliers & internal teams. Maintain records and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Ticketing Agent or similar role. Knowledge of at least one GDS system. Strong communication & customer service skills. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. Ability to manage last-minute changes professionally.

Qualifications

Preferably

English & Arabic speaker

of experience in Travel & Tourism or related field.

Bachelor's degree

(Tourism-related preferred). Proficient in

MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
