Position Overview:
We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused and detail-oriented Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team. This position involves managing flight bookings, issuing tickets, handling fare inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the travel process.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle flight bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds for domestic and international travel.
Provide accurate fare quotations.
Ensure all bookings comply with airline rules, fare conditions, and company policies.
Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person with itinerary planning and travel queries.
Process payments and issue e-tickets in a timely and error-free manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline schedules, promotions, and travel regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and internal departments to resolve ticketing issues.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Prior at least 1 year experience as a Ticketing Agent or in a travel agency (required).
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of international travel rules, fare calculations, and visa requirements (an advantage).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E13,000.00 - E18,000.00 per month
