Role: Test Manager with Temenos(T24) Experience (Must).

Job role: Offshore.

Immediate Joiners only.

Responsibilities:

Utilize functional automation tools to extend capability of Business Acceptance Test. Test, and implement Temenos/T24 customizations and enhancements. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot T24 applications for performance and reliability. Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless system integration. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Prepares and approves standard operating procedures, protocols and other technical documentation Supervises, manages, supports and evaluates personnel Development of Detailed Test Plans Defining and executing on defect management processes, monitoring and communicating the test project status Resolve test project issues, and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback Coordinating all corresponding test and release activities Manager to understand what actions are required to close out findings Leading the test team and ensuring product and quality control is up to standard Coordinating all testing activities during every stage of the test process, coordinating with senior executives on testing projects and strategies and updating testing strategies in line with best practices.
Qualifications:

10+years' experience as Test Manager. o
Good knowledge on Temenos (T24) and should have worked in Temenos(T24). (Compulsion).

Relevant educational qualification is must. Manage a team of testers, mentor, train and guide them in test best practices Oversees test activities for projects with increasing degree of complexitywithin and/or across lines of business (tier 1 or 2) Manages medium to large size teams of testing professionals (typically 9-15people) oOversees test activities as assigned and ensures thorough understanding of how to optimize test activities across projects in order to achieve optimum use of test resources and execution cycles Advocates test asset reuse within IT portfolio Coordinates the development of risk-based testing practices on projects where applicable.
