Role: Test Lead with Temenos(T24) Experience (Must).

Job role: Offshore.

Immediate Joiners only.

Responsibilities:

Own and lead the test strategy and planning for large-scale Temenos T24 Core projects. Lead and mentor testing teams responsible for functional testing, regression, automation, and non-functional testing (NFR). Manage test planning and execution, including: Test design Data management Environment planning Defect management Test closure activities Review and analyse business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope, and plans. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure upstream and downstream quality. Ensure timely status reporting and drive defect management across multiple teams. Proactively identify risks and issues and recommend effective solutions. Designing and managing the end-to-end testing approach for Workday covering Functional, data and Technical/Integration, payroll parallel run and service rehearsal testing Development of overall testing strategy, test plans, test script development, acceptance criteria for SIT, UAT. Validation Work with the Data Migration team to ensure quality test data is available and loaded for all phases Work with local Deployment Lead to prepare for co-located testing workshops including room set up, training of testers Work with the Workday Process and Functional Workstream to triage defects and resolve them in a timely fashion Regular reporting on test progress, including execution burn rate, defect resolution rate Provide Automation and Tooling Strategy proposal Input into the WD tenant management plan and configuration management controls approach Definition of the Workday Cutover Approach including definition of data freeze period, data catch up approach, systems alignment to Internal systems such as active directory, payroll system alignment and integration switch over Development and day to day management of cutover plan including chairing the cutover command centre at point of cutover.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in T24 testing lead experience. Ability to work with Senior management & executives both on the Technology Business Must have ability to set direction, lead and motivate large Test organization Must have ability to work with multiple Programme demands Deep knowledge of testing industry trends and tools 7-10 years of leading teams on large and complex projects with related educational qualification can only apply. Sound knowledge of software development methodologies and practices. Proficient in JIRA. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of leading distributed teams. Detail-oriented, systematic, and a dependable team player with excellent problem-solving ability.
