Test Manager to work as part of IT Departments testing chapter with at least 8 to 10 years of experience with proven track record in the field of Software Testing & Quality Assurance for, Risk & Credit Management Systems.Must have previous experience in managing a team of testers for various simultaneous testing initiatives as part of parallel projects & BAU enhancements.Must have hand-on testing experience on Moodys Credit Lens, ALM Focus asset and liability management solutions, Early warning system, Algo credit manager, Governance Risk & Compliance solutions etc.Proficiency in analyzing and validating testing requirements.Preferred to have experience on Rapid SQL, Sybase, PL/SQL Developer, SQL developer, SQL server, Citrix, ETL Informatica and Crystal Reports.Highly experienced in Preparing validating Test Cases, Test Plan and Test Closure documents.Experienced in Requirement Analysis and Impact Assessments. Application and Package deployment capabilities in data base and application servers. Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure thorough testing of all applications.Oversee the entire testing process to ensure the highest quality standards are met.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and outcomes.Preparing Test scripts by ensuring high level of coverage and quality for the assigned systems / functions for Financial Risk and Credit management solutions.Preparing and validating supporting documents like business requirements, user stories Implementation Specification, Impact Analysis Documents, etc.Perform Sanity testing, SIT and UAT. Ensure test coverage and quality of ADIB application releases, projects, enhancements, and bug fixes are in place and respective testing suits are also developed as appropriate.Maintain the Hardware and Software inventory of ADIB testing devices, servers, applications, database, and storages.Escalate / mitigate the risks and resolves issues that affect release schedule and quality pro actively.Execute test cases of respective applications to ensure application are delivered on time and meet expectations.Review and understand all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.Supporting the testing of patch management like, OS and DB patches as per ADIB patching process.Participate Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/ No-Go reviews.Continually work towards making improvements in the Testing models and methodologies.Defect tracking and bug fixes testing.
