Defect Management
: Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Essential skills:
Proficiency in Temenos T24 Core Banking system, especially in the Digital Loans module. Familiarity with other digital banking systems
Desired skills:
Testing Tools
: Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Methodologies
: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall models.
Experience:
10+ years in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the banking or financial services sector
