: Payments Test Lead Position Title: Payments Test Lead Location: Rak Bank Dubai, UAE Department: Quality Assurance - BFSI Domain Reports To: QA Manager / Project Manager Role Overview: As a Payments Test Lead, will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for payment systems and transaction platforms. You will ensure the quality, compliance, and performance of payment applications across various channels including mobile, web, and backend systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end testing of payment systems including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, card payments, and wallets. Define test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project goals. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements. Perform functional, integration, regression, and compliance testing. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards like PCI DSS, ISO 8583, and EMV. Manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar. Mentor and guide QA team members; conduct reviews and knowledge sharing sessions. Prepare test metrics, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders. Participate in client calls, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT support. Required Skills & Experience: 6-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in payments domain. Strong understanding of payment protocols, transaction flows, and financial systems. Hands-on experience with API testing, SQL, and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman). Familiarity with banking applications and third-party payment integrations. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. ISTQB or domain-specific certifications preferred.
